Skilled Nursing Services
HomeCare Lions of Virginia has applied to add skilled nursing services. Once approved, we will offer private nursing services including:
- Wound care
- Lymphedema care
- Care coordination & case management
- Post-hospital support

Flexible Care Rates
Estimated Rates (may vary)
Private Pay Rates: $35–$38+/hr
- “We accept Straight Virginia Medicaid and Long-Term Care Insurance.”
Final rates are determined after an in-home or virtual assessment and may vary based on client level of care, individual needs, and total service hours.
